Hi, I’m Dr Rupy from The Doctor's Kitchen and welcome to Lifestyle 360.
I've developed a course to help everybody learn about the key aspects of lifestyle that are clinically proven to have the biggest impact on your health and wellbeing. This is not a diet plan or a rigid course you have to stick to and neither is it an exercise programme or just a collection of fitness recipes.

I do a series of talks on the evidence base behind meditation and why mindfulness is an important tool to prevent becoming overwhelmed. I introduce you to the science as well as a selection of demonstrations we do together.
