Hi, I’m Dr Rupy from The Doctor's Kitchen and welcome to Lifestyle 360.

I've developed a course to help everybody learn about the key aspects of lifestyle that are clinically proven to have the biggest impact on your health and wellbeing. This is not a diet plan or a rigid course you have to stick to and neither is it an exercise programme or just a collection of fitness recipes.

Instead Lifestyle 360 is a complete introduction into all the daily practices you need to understand, to achieve the best health for you.

I'll be teaching you Culinary Skills, Exercise Hacks, Mindfulness Techniques, Sleep Practices as well as the science behind WHY these work. I'll also be demonstrating all the ways to gently introduce these features into your life.

It's all video led, there are lectures, recipe guides, pullouts and much, much more.

I talk you through what effects poor sleep can have on the body and why this is one of the most important aspects of health. I’ll share with you the techniques on how to sleep better.



I teach you the science behind exercise, the different types as well as the benefits of each one. We also address how to incorporate this into your daily lives with minimum time and maximum efficiency.



I do a series of talks on the evidence base behind meditation and why mindfulness is an important tool to prevent becoming overwhelmed. I introduce you to the science as well as a selection of demonstrations we do together.



I share safe and effective techniques that I have used in my clinical experience to apply lifestyle medicine into patients’ lives.



I go through how to incorporate all of the features of healthy living in the context of a busy lifestyle and I teach you these ‘life hacks’ in easy to watch videos.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends. It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish, but the aim is for you to incorporate these learning points for the rest of your life.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
Will I lose weight doing the course?
The aim of the course is to shift the focus away from weight and onto wellness where you will ultimately find a weight that is healthy for you. Most people will lose weight if they need to and by incorporating healthy habits you stand the best chance of achieving a healthy body.
Do I need to take supplements?
Not necessarily and there is a section in the course dedicated to teaching you all you need to know about supplements.
Do I need to go Vegan/Vegetarian?
No, there are plenty of meat options if you wish but I talk you through the research looking at vegetable predominate diets. Ultimately the choice of whether you eat animal products or not is up to you.
Are there Vegan/Vegetarian options?
Absolutely! All meals have options for vegetarians and I include many vegan options as well.
Are there leaflets and information to download?
Yes, there are many pullouts for recipes, information on the lecture slides and exercise guides as well. There is a lot of information that you will be able to download, keep and privately share with your colleagues if you wish.
Can I get the ingredients from a local supermarket?
Yes, I've designed the recipes and the course to be as accessible as possible using nutrient dense but easily sourced ingredients.
Do I need to be a good cook?
No. This course will teach you the basics of how to cook as well as tips and tricks on how to create nutrient dense meals from scratch using simple principles.
Is this a guided weekly course?
No, this is an introduction into the most effective methods of creating a healthy and happy life. I talk you through the principles behind lifestyle medicine as well as the practical methods of how to implement these strategies into everyday life.
